The setting is a small office where you find CJJ sitting behind a desk. He does not look impressed as he peers somewhere off camera.
CJJ: Welcome fellow fans of The Entity, My name is Cory Jones Jr or CJJ to you and I’m here to give you another round of predictions. This time though, the predictions are for Kaged In which takes place in Kawasaki Japan.
CJJ takes a look off camera once again.
CJJ: Which is exactly why this show is airing from some shithole office.. Anyways….
CJJ points at one of the three screens behind him where the match cards appear.
CJJ: I’ll have to go with Nathaniel Dixon in this one for a few simple reasons. Nathaniel is looking to make a name for himself and gain redemption after he was disposed of at Final Hour and I think he will do just that. Teivel is coming off the heels of having his head smashed around and I'm not sure that he has taken enough time to recover before stepping back into the ring. This won't be a five star match by any means but Dixon takes the W.
CJJ: Travis Reese makes his debut at The Entity against yet again another guy that had his ass handed to him in an attempt to win the Crimson Championship. I don't know anything about Reese and quite frankly I don't care but I’m going to go ahead and say that he will pick up the win over Sky and pick the bones that Vinny Blades left.
CJJ: This match actually might be worth the price of admission. Both teams took a loss at Final Hour and are looking to redeem themselves. The Show Stealerz put on an impressive performance but were defeated by CCPE in two straight falls. The House Of Wolves ran right over Kaos and Kruel and with that being said, I think The Show Stealerz pickup a hard fought victory putting them back on the verge of Tag Gold should they decide to do so. Speaking of the tag division, ours is a little stagnant isn't it? Hopefully Smash can change that in the near future.
A cough is heard off camera which sets CJJ back on track.
CJJ: Regardless of whether they decide to take another crack at tag gold or head into singles action I’m certain it will be exciting as they will continue to flourish here.
CJJ: Vinny Fucking Blades. This fucking guy is the epitome of a deadly son of a bitch. He doesn’t give a shit about your well-being or concern himself with anyone. It’s brutal but fucking fun to watch. After picking up his Crimson Championship in a bloody victory over Teivel and Ace Sky, he is set to defend against two top tier talents in yet another gruesome matchup, falls count anywhere. Begs the question on whether Blades has had enough time to recover as well but look at the guy, I’m sure he is ready to go. After Enigma handled Serena Riot just like he said he would, he is ready to take the violence up a notch against the champ. One more man stands in both of their ways and that is a newcomer and well known star in Shane Donovan. He is not a stranger to putting his body on the line and with him looking to wow Smash with his debut, expect fireworks. I have to take Enigma in this match. I know, I’ve been talking up Blades, he is a sick motherfucker but Enigma is just on a roll right now that I don’t think Blades or Donovan can stop.
CJJ: Well shit, if this one didn’t work out exactly how I called it.. The Wolves defeated Kryptonite and CCPE took the tag gold away from The Show Stealerz. Hell in a cell is not a nice place to be, especially when you find yourself in there with a grizzled veteran like Chris Page and a savage animal like Joe Montuori. They are the champions for a reason you know. I won’t write The Wolves off just yet though as they did exactly what they said they were going to do and knocked off a very experienced team at Final Hour and made it look relatively simple. I think at the end it’s a dogfight, one that I can’t wait to sit in the front row and watch. CCPE comes out of the cell with the tag titles and their first defense in the history books.
CJJ: Alexander Archer. The man that walked out of Final Hour with a victory over Sakura Matsuda and Nathaniel Dixon, securing his number one contendership. Impressive, he was but anyone with an average vision can clearly see that Anthony Savage is nearly unstoppable right now. He finished Angus Reed like the shit was Mortal Kombat. Savage is the Champion for a reason and not only do I predict he retains here but I also predict that he remains the champion for as long as he decides to carry that piece of gold around with him.
Until next time,
CJJ Signing off.
Thank fuck now get me out of this mess. (CJJ says to himself as he begins to stand from his seat.)
The small office seemingly loses power for no longer than 45 seconds. It comes back on but the lights are very dim and flickering. The camera pans around to find no sign of CJJ anywhere, instead in his place, Smash sits in the very same chair.
Smash: As the masses are aware, I have an announcement to make to close Kaged in that could and will shake things up. Suspense is building wondering exactly what it might be about or who. I’ll answer the first for you in a matter of minutes. I have something else that I need to address at once.
Smash snaps his fingers and an image appears on the screens.
Smash: In the hunt for new talent I've found myself in a situation that requires attention immediately. The tag team division is going to grow stagnant with only so many options for our champions to defend against. Effective Immediately any tag teams that I sign to The Entity will be entered into a gauntlet match at our March show: Dance With The Devil. I’m not sure who the champions will be at that time but you can bet that they will be running the gauntlet, team after team until only the best is left standing. LET IT BE KNOWN!
Smash: Prepare yourselves. I’ve got something coming that’s going to shake things up around here, especially our world champion... Are you ready?
Smash snaps his fingers twice and the lights go dark. When they return they do so in full power and Smash is gone, there isn’t a soul in sight.
Ominous…
